It’s a very valuable service, your institute offers. Great instructors and zoom works for me because I live outside SF. I cannot pay the regular drop-in prices but I do attend as many of the community yoga classes as I am able to since they are affordable for me. Thank you!   ~Diane N.

*For those who can afford to, please consider supporting the Institute by continuing to pay standard prices to attend these classes.

In our effort to bring Iyengar Yoga classes to a wider audience in San Francisco, IYISF has partnered with Armando Luna Yoga Studio in BayView-Hunters Point, a community that had been beyond the reach of the Institute from the Sutter Street studio location. With support from donors, we are pleased to offer a weekly in-person classes. Register for each month or a single class.
Sundays, 10:30 – 11:45AM • Introductory Monthly Series with Sharon Hawley (Pricing: Drop in $14 | Full $50)

A one-time Proof of Vaccination and a signed waiver is required prior to the first class. Email proof of vaccination and a signed copy of the Liability Release Form to info@iyisf.org upon registering for class.

Review complete in-studio protocol here. (IYISF and Armando Luna Yoga have similar setups for in-studio classes)

Reminder: Bring Your Own Mat and Mask! Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle and show up early (15 minutes) for class. Have fun!
