Financial assistance is available to support those who have experienced job loss or financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic:

The total number of awards and amount of each (up to $75) is determined on a case-by-case basis and can be used towards purchase of an IYANC membership, an IYISF public class pass, series, and/or workshop.

Email info@iyisf.org and place in the subject line “financial aid request.” Include a brief description of how you have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, the classes or workshops you would like to take, and a request for how IYISF can help you, in partial or full, make these programs more affordable.

Requests are to be made 2 weeks before date of event or start of first class.

The IYANC board offers a limited number of IYANC Regional Scholarships each calendar year to help make the continued learning of Iyengar Yoga accessible to members who, due to financial constraints, otherwise could not participate. Scholarship funds must be used to study with a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher (CIYT) in a program (workshop, series, advanced studies, immersion, teacher education, etc.) at a venue within the IYANC region.
