Researchers at UCLA followed 11 women for a 12-week period and noticed decreased fatigue in those who practiced Iyengar yoga. Anatomy of the Asana: Effortless Effect
Join Janet and Athena for a fun weekend of exploring the muscular anatomy of all four major categories of asana. The format of the class will be Janet teaching short sequences of poses, Athena describing the main muscles and how they work, then putting it together and observing the effect in one's poses.
