In celebration of the Solstice, we will examine both forward and backward extensions and in our efforts see if we can catch a glimpse of the present moment - a necessary step toward "effortless effort." The intention of One-Day gatherings is to impart a more comprehensive experience to the student of yoga. There will be asana class, yoga sutra discussion, and pranayama class - all with a common thread. Students should have ONE year of consistent experience in the Iyengar method.
