Forward bends as a category of poses can bring profound quietness to the brain and body leading to comfort and rejuvenation. However, they can be difficult to access due to restrictions in the legs, hips and back or an inner restlessness. In this workshop, Nora will help you learn how to move from the gross work of establishing steadiness and ease through the organs of actions (arms and legs) in order to move to the more subtle work of silencing the nervous system and brain in forward bending poses.
